Brief Professional Biography about Kris Boesch

Kris Boesch is the Founder of the innovative socio-entrepreneur start-up, Choose People. From 2009-2010 Boesch worked closely with a team of doctoral students in the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department at CSU to complete over 1000 hours of research to uncover “what makes employees feel good about coming to work” and how to measure it. Out of this research came 8 critical factors to employee happiness. As the prior CEO of Exodus Moving & Storage for 5 years, Boesch knows the value of happy employees having achieved a bottom-line twice the industry average attributable to their employee culture.

Before Choose People and Exodus, Boesch was a Public Leadership Consultant for Conocer and has a Masters in Spanish. Boesch is known for her business acumen and innovative solutions to difficult business challenges. Her expertise includes organizational culture, budgeting/financials, customer relations and marketing.
