Corporate Culture Books

Create & Sustain an Extraordinary Workplace Culture
Culture Works includes step-by-step solutions for improving your culture.
You’ve read the other corporate culture books. Culture Works is different.
We designed Culture Works specifically for those who lead others – supervisors, managers, directors and above. The book includes many specific suggestions and tools curated for different culture conundrums. You can read it cover to cover, going step by step to support your culture, or you can pick a challenge you’re struggling with and receive just-in-time guidance.
Unlike other corporate culture books, you also get our online Culture Assessment and a report of your personal results. This assessment is based on over 1,000 hours of research with the Industrial Organizational Psychology Department at Colorado State University – meaning it’s real deal.
The workbook set provides you the contemplative space to work through prompts for each chapter’s topic that will help you customize and apply the exercises and activities for your own team.
This book isn’t just intended to inspire you (though it will!). It provides actionable, implementable methods to improve your culture. Does it take a bit of time and commitment? Of course! But the alternative – team members who gossip, who won’t work together, and who ultimately leave – is much worse.
Do the work of the work.
Make progress.
Create meaningful results.
